$$2KMn{O_4} + 8{H_2}S{O_4} + 10FeS{O_4} \to $$       $${K_2}S{O_4} + 2MnS{O_4} + 5F{e_2}{\left( {S{O_4}} \right)_3}$$       $$ + 8{H_2}O$$
One mole of $$KMn{O_4}$$  oxidises five moles of $$FeS{O_4}$$  i.e., $$1\,M\,KMn{O_4}$$   can oxidise equal amount of $$5\,M\,FeS{O_4}.$$
